As your Team Coach I work with you and your team to co-create the safety and trust needed to have the conversations that really matter. To emphasise your strengths and successes, and to surface the issues that are diverting time, energy and attention away from growing and creating results.

One of the biggest breakthroughs in understanding people and performance in recent years has been Google’s global research into their most successful teams. They discovered the importance of people feeling comfortable to speak up and fully contribute to the team without worrying about personal consequences. This is psychological safety and is defined as “a sense of confidence that the team will not embarrass, reject or punish someone for speaking up” (Amy Edmondson).

Teams that have a high level of psychological safety work through challenges quickly, enjoy exploring different views and opinions, support and coach one another, give and receive feedback in the moment, and collaborate effectively to work together. They value each other’s contribution and are confident that they have each other’s backs. 

This trust frees up time and energy for exploration, creativity, and innovation to create breakthrough results. 

My tailored team coaching programme is designed to create this safe space for your team to grow together.

I partner with you as the team leader to develop the team’s capability to:

My Team Coaching workshops  can be experienced as 3 x 1 days over 6 months;  6 x ½ days over the year; or a combination of both and are available both in person and virtually around the world.

Wherever possible we will spend some of our time together outside in paired conversations walking and talking side by side as we move through challenges and create new opportunities for growth. This is often where the real breakthroughs happen as we are in motion together travelling alongside one another - creating space for growth.
