You are always having an impact on other people, whether you are paying attention to this or not. As a leader this is magnified by your position. This creates an opportunity to really consider the impact you want to have, not only within your organisation but far wider across customers and communities, into homes and onto the planet.
The choices you make as a leader matter - both the what and the how. The projects you sign off, the people you hire, the products you launch, the suppliers you appoint, the materials you approve, the conversations you have, the conversations you don’t have, where you sit in the room, the feedback you give, when you speak up on a call, the words you use…the list goes on!

I partner with you to discover your unique leadership voice, optimising your natural strengths and talents and breaking through personal self-limiting beliefs to fulfill your leadership potential. I draw on Positive Psychology, Strengths Based Development, Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness and NLP across my coaching toolkit.
My 121 Leadership Coaching is available in packages of 3 or 6 sessions each lasting up to 60 minutes. I offer these in person across London and Surrey and as virtual video calls globally.
I have been integrating walking into my coaching practice for many years now and have noticed that mindset and behavioural shifts happen faster and last longer as we literally move through challenges and draw on our surroundings for new perspective and insights as we walk alongside one another either in person or remotely connected.
